we999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the we999 website (we999.bio) and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User", "Member", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the we999 Platform, including visitors, registered members, and persons accessing any portion of the Platform. Use of the Platform constitutes unequivocal acceptance of these Terms. we999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are accessing we999 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The we999 Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to open or maintain a we999 account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. we999 does not permit access or participation by any person under the age of 18, under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity acting on its own behalf for wagering purposes).
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or close family member of we999 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or licensors.
• You must not be self-excluded from we999 or any other gaming operator, or subject to any court or regulatory order restricting gambling activity.

we999 actively verifies age and identity through its Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. We reserve the right to request documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts that cannot demonstrate compliance with the above eligibility requirements. Any winnings accrued on an ineligible account are forfeited and will be returned to the applicable payment method where reasonably practicable.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino features, users must register a we999 account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• Create only one (1) account per person. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Keep your login credentials, including password and OTP codes, confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your we999 account, whether authorised or unauthorised.
• Notify we999 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

we999 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other activity inconsistent with the integrity of the Platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the we999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. we999 supports the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the Platform Cashier at the time of transaction.

• Deposits are credited to your we999 balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically credit within seconds; bank transfers may take 1–4 business hours.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible ("same-source withdrawal rule").
• we999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation may result in withdrawal delays or refusal.
• we999 does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal processing fees, if any, are displayed in the Cashier prior to confirmation. Third-party payment provider fees are outside we999's control.
• Deposits must not originate from credit facilities, third-party accounts, or funds derived from illegal activity. we999 reserves the right to conduct anti-money-laundering ("AML") checks on all transactions.

5 Betting & Casino Rules

All sports betting markets, including PSL cricket, Pakistan national team fixtures, T20 internationals, and all other we999 sports betting products, are subject to the specific rules published for each market. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

• Bets are confirmed only when accepted and recorded in the we999 system. Screenshots or other client-side records do not constitute proof of a valid bet in cases of technical dispute.
• we999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement ("ante-post" bets notwithstanding where explicitly offered).
• All casino games on the we999 Platform — including live dealer tables, RNG table games, and slots — are provided by internationally certified studios whose Random Number Generator technology has been independently audited. we999 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per game session, and per calendar day apply and are available in the relevant game or market information panel.
• In the event of a system error, malfunction, or technical failure affecting the outcome of any bet or game round, we999 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

we999 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions published at the time of offer. General principles applicable to all we999 promotions include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Systematic or professional bonus exploitation is prohibited.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game restrictions, and time limits attach to all bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• we999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being abused, including through collusion, arbitrage, or multi-accounting.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance. Withdrawal of real-money balance before wagering requirements are met may result in forfeiture of associated bonus and bonus-derived winnings.
• Any promotion referencing a specific sporting event (e.g., a PSL final offer) is automatically void if the referenced event is cancelled, postponed beyond the promotional period, or significantly altered.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the we999 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game, or event through collusion, match-fixing, insider information, or any other fraudulent means.
• Using automated bots, software scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Opening more than one account, or opening accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or attempting to use the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing we999 staff, live dealers, or other members through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or we999 server infrastructure.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain without immediately reporting them to we999.

Breach of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the we999 Platform — including but not limited to the we999 brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, odds presentation, and marketing materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of we999 or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants users any right, licence, or interest in any we999 intellectual property.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any we999 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of we999 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we999, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected winnings.
• Loss of data or damage to devices resulting from Platform access.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical faults, maintenance, or third-party service failures.
• Any decisions made in reliance on information, odds, or content provided on the Platform.

we999's total aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user to their we999 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.

10 Privacy & Data

we999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

we999 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we999 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

we999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide all registered members with access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account dashboard:

• Loss Limits — caps on net losses over defined periods.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the we999 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through we999's internal customer support process.

we999 endeavours to resolve all member complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to we999's support email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, parties may seek resolution through applicable legal avenues in the competent jurisdiction.
